If your order has not yet shipped, give us a call to discuss! If the there is something wrong with your card or order, and you are still within our 100 Day Guarantee Period, we can issue you a refund. But, if there are no issues with your order or cards, because gift cards are as sensitive as cash, once we've released the gift card information to you (either by providing you with the ecode via email or you'v received the shipment with your order), we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
